X axis: linear motor and linear guide rail for radial feed axis of grinding wheel, closed loop control.

Y-axis: linear motor and linear guide rail of grinding wheel tangential feed axis, closed-loop control.

Z axis -- axial feed axis servo motor with lead rod, closed loop control.

C1 axis -- workpiece rotation axis torque motor drive, closed-loop control.

B1 axis -- wheel rotation axis driven by 15KW electric spindle.

A1 axis -- installation Angle adjustment axis servo motor with worm gear pay, closed loop control.

S axis -- diamond roller rotating shaft driven by electric spindle.

The numerical control axis is X, Y, Z, A1, B1, C1.

The machine tool adopts German Rextrox (version micro 14v22) CNC system. There are 6 servo axes and 1 motorized spindle, wherein X, Y, Z, A1, C1 axis is fully closed-loop control.

Machine tool processing program and gear calculation program integrated, parameterized input, intuitive interface easy to learn, simple and convenient operation.
